Hey friends. This is Dr. Brenden Cochran at Interactive Health Clinic. Hope you’re having a fantastic day today. We’re going to talk about our IV nutrients, the beauty bag, which is an IV fast track, takes 20 to 30 minutes to get done and the IV beauty deluxe, which is closer to 45 minutes to an hour. The differences in these and why one takes a little longer than the other is there’s more nutrients and more stuff in the deluxe that there is in the fast track beauty bag. Both of these do share benefits. It’s just basically It’s more of a time parameter and also cost parameter for you. If you want something quick affordable, you go with the beauty bag, fast track. If you want something that’s fully nourishing and fortifying, you go with the IV support formula, which is the beauty bag deluxe. So, these formulations are targeted at keeping your skin hydrated or preventing from over hydration, by targeting things like the sebum glands, which secrete different fats out onto the skin.

So one of the important ingredients that we utilize in there is B5 and carnitine, which are essential in the metabolic functions of hydration of the skin, but also healthy fats being secreted onto the skin. These bags also contain things like vitamin C, which is important in collagen, which is important in preventing things like wrinkling on your skin. We do add some minerals, which are important in the elasticity and collagen information on your skin for skin turnover. In our larger formulation, we also utilize glutathione, which is great antioxidant and extremely important in keeping that nice, smooth contouring of the skin.

A lot of people do ask is, is this something I could all also use for my hair?

And absolutely these nutrients are geared at healthy hair growth as well.

So, who would this benefit?

So, this is for anybody who’s looking to keep their skin and hair healthy.

Anyone can benefit from this and anybody who can really do it, but absolutely this is a key thing. If you’re working on some strategy specifically for your skin, say you’re using a topical product, you’re doing, a facial. Maybe you’re also getting PRP skin facial, or you’re getting PRP hair facials. We do offer both of those at the clinic. If you’re interested in, in learning more about those, but these are the nutrients that are required for that skin to turn over and to be shiny and healthy. So really anybody can benefit from this, and anybody can get this done.

What’s the frequency these should be done?

So this does vary based on your stress levels, the amount of damage that you do to your skin, meaning if you’re in the sun or you’re around chemicals that cause damage to the skin, these all are going to push your demand levels up. So you’re going to need these more frequently. Most of our patients will get these done then weekly during those times. The other timing would be if you’re just doing more of a maintenance strategy, most people do twice a month or once a month. And we do have a few people that do kind of like a quarterly tune-up on their system and they find that that’s essential.
