Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) is critical in allergies and aldehyde metabolism. Aldehydes come from paint, perfume, red wines, new car smell and cleaning products all have aldehydes in them. If you are exposed to them, you can have a headache or feel awful. Like you have been hit by a dump truck. Most understand this sensation from over intoxication. Vitamin B1 is also involved in every step of histamine elimination. We can give this vitamin orally, as an intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion. The problem with oral usage is you are only going to absorb between 10-15% from you gut to the cellular level. Thus, it is going to take a lot of time to see actual results. That is why we find giving them intramuscular and intravenous achieve results the fastest. Most of our patients get treatment for 1-2 times per week for 6 plus weeks. A simple tool to allow you to enjoy and experience the Spring season.
