Seasonal Flu Kit
Stock up on these teas for a warm and comfy beverage that packs a heathy punch:

Gypsy Cold Care: Mixture of echinacea and variety of herbs to help with early stages of infections especially virus. • Viral Support: Equal parts:

Elderberry, Lemon Balm and Licorice. Use 1 tsp mixed tea per cup of hot water. Allow to steep for 7-10 minutes. Drink 2-5 cups per day.
Other flu busting tips:

Wash your hands frequently

• Spray your face and mouth with ACS Silver 1-2 times per day. This will kill any microbes that are landing on your face which eventually migrate to your mucus membranes which cause you to be ill.
Supporting your body with supplements:

Arresto Prevento: 20 drops in water, sip water away from food. 3-4 days per week for prevention and up to 3-4 times per day during times feeling ill.

Vitamin A.D.K: Immune booster. Helps reduce incidence of colds and flus. Recommendation to 1 – 2 caps daily (5000 – 10,000 IU Vitamin D) depending on body weight. This is daily for preventing.
