My mission is to give you the tools and strategies needed to FULLY live out your life’s purpose, whatever that may be. When we work together, we truly form a partnership, which involves me listening, supporting, motivating and empowering you throughout your healing journey. It is my promise to you that I will work just as hard to help you in the same way I helped my own mom through her health journey.
Late in December of 2019, my mom was diagnosed with an aggressive type of breast cancer. The months following her diagnosis were the hardest my family ever experienced as we watched my mom struggle through her cancer treatment. I researched every single day by reading scientific papers and books on cancer, because I wanted to do whatever it took to make sure my mom beat this cancer. A few months later, with many bumps in the road, my mom was officially cancer free, and she is still doing well to this day! How did she make it through this challenging journey? She had strong enough reasons to keep moving forward, no matter what.
Whether you’re struggling with cancer, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, belly fat, joint pain, thyroid problems or other health concerns, it really helps to have a‘why’. As Friedrich Nietzsche said, “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” For many people, their why is their family, and they want to be healthier so they can keep up with their kids or grandkids. For others, they want to age gracefully so they can be active and continue to check off items on their bucket-list instead of being held back by low energy or aches and pains.
What’s your why? Really, think about it! Who or what gives you purpose?
You shouldn’t have to struggle with your health concerns anymore, especially when we have so many options to help you feel better. Let’s figure out the actual root cause of your symptoms and get you looking younger, feeling healthier and being more active!
I am truly here to serve you on your health journey, and I am excited to work with you!
